IMPHAL, JUNE 27, 2017 (DIPR): Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Minister Shri Karam Shyam today said that, the State Level Pineapple Festival will help in creating awareness that pineapple farming can also be a source of livelihood. He was speaking as the Chief Guest on the Day 3, of the 10^th State Level Pineapple Festival cum Sellers and Buyers Meet and Youth Festival, 2017 held at Thambalnu Market Complex, Poiroupat, Lamkhai, Andro Assembly Constituency. The festival is jointly organised by Horticulture Department, Government of Manipur and Development Organisation Andro Kendra under the funding of North eastern Council (NEC), Government of India.
