IMPHAL, JUNE 30, 2017 (DIPR): Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Shri Thongam Bishwajit Singh inaugurated District Panchayat Resource Centres at Mini Secretariat, Bishnupur and Mini Secretariat, Thoubal today. 

Addressing the formal inaugural function of the DPRC, Bishnupur, Minister Biswajit said inauguration of the DPRCs is part of the 100-days programme of the BJP led government.
